We aim to secure our own success by delivering success across our customer base. As a company that has its roots in the farming sector, we are acutely aware of the ever-growing pressures on the primary producer and accordingly, the need to continually improve physical and financial performance on-farm.
To this end, Cranswick focuses considerable resource and effort in both the further development of existing product lines and the introduction of new concepts and ideas. Both pure and applied research is conducted, either in our own facilities or in conjunction with our farming partners out in the field. As part of a large integrated food group, with an awareness of the final consumers changing needs, Cranswick is very well placed to also take, where necessary, field evaluations, through our own processing plants and onto the final consumer’s plate.
We believe that supply chain partnerships and loyalty in business are important and strive to deliver, through our on-going research programmes, measurable year on year improvements across the scope of our customer base.
We believe that we deliver “value for money” for our customers and consider this continued aim as a key driver to our core business. To consistently achieve this objective requires effective communication, both between our customers and within our own organization. We therefore listen carefully to our customers’ requirements and adapt, as required, to their individual needs, ensuring that these needs are understood throughout our entire team.
Our Research and Development team will develop concepts and ideas into measurable cost effective performance responses on farm. Our quality control and production teams will then deliver the consistency of response that is required and our Technical Support teams will work with our customers, at the farm level, to secure the response expected.
